This practice has been accredited as a GP Training Practice and will have attached to it one or more qualified doctors training to specialise in General Practice.

The Practice Manager is responsible for handling comments, suggestions and complaints. A suggestion box is situated in the reception area. We welcome any comments/suggestions that may improve the services we provide.

The receptionist is usually the first point of contact. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry or seek advice if not. They will arrange an appointment with the appropriate clinician for you. The priority for the receptionist is to answer the telephone, if you encounter a delay at the reception window, please be patient. All information is confidential and will be dealt with in the strictest confidence. All staff at the practice have been trained in aspects of patient confidentiality. If you wish to speak to someone in private tell the receptionist and she will arrange this. Please respect the privacy of others and stand well back from the reception window. All staff within the practice adhere to the Data Protection Act.
