Health Check-ups

Newly registered patients and adult patients under 75 who have not had a consultation in the past three years all have the right to request a health check consultation with either a doctor or nurse at the practice.

Patients over 75 may request a health check every 12 months.

Please ring the receptionist to book an appointment. If you are housebound please ring the surgery and ask the receptionist to make alternative arrangements.
